如水会館「ジュピター」の涼しいデザート。How about some cool dessert at the restaurant “Jupiter”?

お世話になっているディレクターの方を、レストラン「ジュピター」にお招きしました。久しぶりの外でのランチタイム。毎回デザートを1番楽しみにしているのですが、ひんやりと涼やかで甘い舌触り。パティシエ・斉藤栄氏ならではの繊細で上品な一皿でした。

I invited my colleague to my favorite restaurant “Jupiter”. This is the last dessert dish from lunch course by patissier, Sakae Saito. Cool and sensitive taste with refreshing sweetness. Splendid summer sweets!
